SCORE Mentors have been helping small business owners and new entrepreneurs for nearly fifty years. We started in 1965 and, in 2015, we marked our 50th anniversary.
We are one chapter out of 350 that make up SCORE National (SCORE.org), a nonprofit with over 11,000 volunteer counselors nationwide. Our parent organization falls under the Small Business Administration (www.SBA.gov) within the Department of Commerce.
Because our work is supported by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), and thanks to both our volunteers and generous sponsor, we are able to deliver our services at no charge.
